How To Crochet Pansies, For Deb

Dear Deb, and all my subscribers, followers and visitors,

Here you have the tutorial how to crochet pansies. There are many ways to crochet these beautiful flowers but I did the easiest one for me, the pattern below.

Here is how to crochet it. You begin always from the middle with the magic loop, in which you crochet as follows (see the diagram below from right to left). Don’t forget that you have to use three kind of colors: for the middle use yellow or black (round 1); for the petals use degrade colors for better effect (round 2); and for finishing of the two big petals use uni color to contrast with what you have used for petals (round 3).

Round 1 Use yellow color or black color yarn and crochet in the magic loop: 3 chains, 2 double crochet (see on diagram near number 1 the symbols), 7 chains (this is for the first big petal) 3 double crochet, 7 chains (this is for the second big petal) 3 double crochet, 7 chains (this is for the third petal, which is 1st small petal), 3 double crochet, 7 chains (this is for the fourth petal, which is 2nd small petal), 3 double crochet, 7 chains (this is for the fifth petal, which is 3rd small petal). Close with slip stitch.

Round 2 Change yarn and use degrade color whatever you like, and crochet in each big petal (there are two, above the diagram) *3 double crochet (yarn over once) 3 treble crochet (yard over twice) 3 quadruple crochet (yard over three times), then 3 treble crochet, and 3 double crochet*. This is the first petal. The second big petal you repeat from *…* . You have 3 more petals which are below the diagram and all are small. In each petal you crochet only double crochet. In each petal you crochet 14 double crochet. Close with slip stitch.

Round 3 Change yarn and use a contrast uni color, and crochet only on top of the big petals as follows: First big petal: 4 chains, 13 double crochet (after each double crochet, 1 chain as in the diagram, but after the 14th double crochet you do not crochet any chain and pass to the second petal). You do the same in the second big petal. You crochet 13 double crochet with 1 chain in between and the 14th one will be only 4 chains (see the diagram) and you close with slip stitch. And that’s it.

Magic Circle or Chain 4.
Round 1: Ch 2, 9 HDC in the loop. Join in beg CH 2. (10 HDC total, counting the first CH 2 as a HDC)
Round 2: CH 1, SC in same ST. *CH 3, SK 1 ST and SC in the next ST, repeat 4 time from * CH 3, SK next ST, SL ST in beg SC to join. (5 CH 3 Loops all together) Join in beginning SC.
Round 3: SL ST in CH 3 Space. *CH 2, 9 TC in loop, CH 2, SL ST in same loop, SL ST in to next CH 3 loop. Repeat from * twice for a total of 2 petals. *CH 1, 9 DC in loop, CH 1, SL ST in same loop, SL ST in to next CH 3 loop. Repeat from * three times for a total of 3 petals. (2 Large petals, 3 Small petals)
Round 4: CH 2, SL ST in next st; continue around for the whole flower edging.

Spaghete cu ciuperci pleurotus

De ce anume aveţi nevoie:

1 wok (recipientul în care preparăm ciupercile) sau o cratiţă de teflon adâncă
o oală pentru fiert spaghetele
o sită de scurs spaghetele
2-3 căpăţâni de usturoi mici sau o căpăţână usturoi mare
suc de roşii sau o conservă de roşii decojite în bulion
ciuperci pleurotus o caserolă
ceapă uscată 1 bucată sau cozi de ceapă verde de la 2 legături
sare, piper, chimion praf după gust
puţin ulei
spaghete 1 pungă de 500 gr

Cum se prepară:

Punem în oală apă până la jumătate, punem în ea puţină sare şi puţin ulei, o lăsăm la fiert şi după ce dă în clocot, introducem un pachet de spaghete pe care le lăsăm să se fiarbă. După fierbere, le scurgem în strecurătoare, le spălăm sub un jet de apă rece şi le punem deoparte.

Între timp, tăiem mărunt usturoiul şi ciupercile pleurotus pe care le punem în wok. Peste ele punem puţin ulei, ceapa tocată sau cozile de ceapă, sarea, piperul şi chimionul (a nu se confunda cu chimenul sămânţă), aestecăm şi punem recipientul pe foc potrivit. Mestecăm din când în când, după ce încep să sfârâie, astfel încât ciupercile care lasă apă să se amestece bine cu condimentele folosite. Lăsăm să fiarbă până începe să scadă apa lăsată de ceapă şi ciuperci, după care adăugăm roşiile în bulion, tăiate mărunt. Amestecăm, lăsăm la fiert încă 5 minute, după care turnăm spaghetele şi amestecăm bine. Se mănâncă după 5 minute.
